My name is Rocky Phillips. My love for the outdoors, artistry and people, have come together. It all started with the desire to tie our own crappie jigs. As I learned techniques on how to tie up a jig, I wanted to learn more. I started watching video tutorials and joining online classes. The passion I gained from the materials used to tie these flies was increasing faster than I could tie a fly. The tying materials and the artistry behind creating a fly is what drove the dream of starting a fly tying store.
The ultimate goal is to introduce a fly shop to our local community here in Gainesville, Texas.
